The Mass flow controllers of SEC-400 series are the optimal choose in all applications where is possible to use the thermical control valve with a response time about 6 seconds. Mass flow controllers with elastomeric(Viton o neoprene) or metal gaskets.

Available also in Mass Flow Meter version, use " SEF- " suffix instead " SEC- "
