R31SL Series
High Purity Stainless Steel Regulators

GENTEC R31SL series two-stage stainless steel regulators are designed for pressure control of high purity and corrosive gases in applications where constant delivery pressure is needed. The regulators feature metal-to-metal diaphragm seal to prevent gas contamination.

R31SLM: Five-port design (2 high pressure, 2 low pressure and 1 AUX. port)
R31SLQ: Six-port design (2 high pressure, 3 low pressure and 1 AUX. port)

• 2” pressure gauges
• Metal-to-metal diaphragm seal
• Inlet and outlet ports: 1/4” NPT (F)
• Minimal wetted surface area for less purging requirements
• Inboard filter
• Easy front panel mounting
